DRIVER OF THE YEAR
GFI Transport is committed to, and very proud of our drivers. Each year we select a “Driver of the Year” from our team. This prestigious award is not easy to earn. Drivers are reviewed in a number of areas and must meet the following criteria:
  • No negative DOT write-ups
  • No out-of-service violations
  • No MVR write-ups
  • Attendance at drivers meetings
  • Clean, organized truck interior
  • Positive attitude toward co-workers and customers
  • Neat, accurate paperwork submitted on-time
  • Consistently meeting scheduled pick-up and delivery times
  • No preventable accidents
