- No negative DOT write-ups
- No out-of-service violations
- No MVR write-ups
- Attendance at drivers meetings
- Clean, organized truck interior
- Positive attitude toward co-workers and customers
- Neat, accurate paperwork submitted on-time
- Consistently meeting scheduled pick-up and delivery times
- No preventable accidents
